MILAGRO's 2008:
MILAGRO is defined basically as some sort of exclamation alluding to an incident of fortuity. It is also a small symbolic charm worn in order to entice providence. Most of the objects presented in my work allude to providence based on world events from both today and history. A milagro may seem only an insignificant item, but usually such base belief systems permeate through the Our Culture(s) and is reflective in the actions of today’s society. Many of the objects in my works may also seem innocuous, but are in fact an inscrutable construct of the whole ….”
